Good morning!

yum yum yum and a hip-hip-hurray for today’s breakfast juice:

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 apples
  • 2 oranges

And today’s lunch will be:

  • kale
  • spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 2 apples
  • ginger root

This morning, I weighed 204.5 … that’s 5-1/2 pounds so far!

AND.I.FEEL.GREAT.

Tonight’s dinner was:

  • collards
  • celery
  • spinach
  • cucumber
  • lemon
  • ginger
  • carrots
